Elsie's parents, Elizabeth Graham Macdonald Webb and Pardon Milo Webb, son of Pardon Knapp Webb of Hanover, Chautaugua, New York and Margaret Kay of St. Helens, Lancastershire, England, married on May 9, 1892 at Prescott, Yavapai, Arizona. They had three daughters. The first child did not survive. Then Elsie and her sister Marguerite Webb Brown were born.
After Elsie's mother's divorce from Pardon Milo Webb, Elizabeth "Bessie" Graham MacDonald married Orson Pratt Brown. From this marriage Elsie watched her family grow with two brothers: Donald Macdonald Brown born on Mar 10 1902 in Colonia Morelos, Sonora, Mexico and James Duncan Brown born on January 10, 1904, also in Colonia Morelos.
Orson and Elizabeth, along with Elsie and her sister Marguerite, were sealed for time and all eternity on October 15, 1902 in the Salt Lake City Temple.
Elsie's mother, Elizabeth, never fully recovered her health after the birth of her second son. She became bedridden and succumbed, to what people described as consumption, on October 23, 1904 in Colonia Morelos, Sonora, Mexico.
Elsie married William Orlando Jones on February 15, 1918 when she was 22 years old. They made their home in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona.
Vaida Marguerite Jones born March 19, 1919 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona. Vaida and her husband Claude had three children: Sharon, Richard, and Bill.
William Athinson Jones was born January 2,1921 in Mesa. He dided May 24 1990 in Mesa.
Freida Arlene Jones Thompson was born February 23, 1923 in Mesa. She and her husband had two children: Paul Ervin Thompson and David Michael Thompson.
After William Orlando Jones died in June 20, 1924 in Mesa, Elsie married Elmer Jones on June 4, 1925 in Mesa.
Elsie and Elmer had four children:
Dortha Deane Jones Hamman was born October 5, 1925 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona. She married James Edward Hamman. They had four children: James E. Hamman Jr., Daniel Lewis Hamman, Susan Hamman Sullivan and Andrew Hamman.
Wayne Elmer Jones was born November 4, 1927 in Mesa. He and his wife Janet had five children: Lorraine Jones Sharp, Donald Jones, Laura Jones Entrekin, Lenore Jones Flindt, Denice Jones Berkhiemer, and Deanna Jones Rhodes.
James Donald Jones was born October 31, 1930 in Mesa. He and his wife Shirley have six children: Jimmy Jones, Melinda Jones, Cynthia Jones, Teresa Jones Kerr, Teresa Jomes Shields, Jason Jones and Johnny Jones.
Mary Elizabeth Jones Liles was born July 14, 1938 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona. She and her husband Jerry L. Liles had four children: Kenton Wayne Hawkes Liles, Kelly E. Liles, Kimberly Liles Barrera, and Beverly Ann Liles DLoughy. Mary E. later married her second husband Terry Robinson.
Elsie died on May 18, 1882 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona
