The journals of Maria Estelle Zundel were copied by her great-grand nephew under the authorization of the Dutch-A, LLC. The members of the Dutch-A are the sons and daughters of Stephen Ulysses and Ethel Ruth Myers Zundel. Stephen, along with his brothers, John Lorraine Zundel and Wilford Glen Zundel, are the sons of Maria's brother John Henry Osmer Zundel. Maria raised these boys after the death of their mother, Clarissa Maria Pettingill Zundel.
The journals were found in 2002, in the attic of the home that Maria lived her entire life in. In her later years, Maria lived in the home with her brother Stephen (Louis) Zundel, her nephew Stephen Ulysses Zundel and his family. Maria is known by those who loved her as Aunt Maria.
Tracy B. Zundel and Robin have typed up Marie's journals and will have them ready to ship by early February. They cost $12 per book and shipping cost for 1 book is $4.85 (Total $16.85).
